KMEA State Marching Band Championship

Luggage needs to be dropped off at the band room Friday morning! Please make sure it is clearly labeled with your student’s name.
Students will need an extra $25-50 for meals and extras.
Meals will be provided by Boosters Friday before departure, Saturday before semi-finals performance, and Sunday during a rest stop. Breakfast will be in the hotel on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Finals schedule will be determined on placement and draw in semi-finals.

KMEA Regionals

It will be an extremely early morning. PLEASE GET PLENTY OF REST THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!!

Finals performance time will be determined on the number we draw if we make it into finals.
All itinerary times after our performance time are TBD!

Call time for rehearsal is 9:30 AM. This is when rehearsal BEGINS. Please be here beforehand. Band room opens at 8:30 AM.
Boosters are NOT providing lunch during the break. Lunch will be on your own. You may stay on campus or go off campus for lunch.
“Not eating” is NOT an option! Have a plan!!
Dinner will be provided.
Performance Time is 8:15 PM.
